What is the row limit in a drop down menu?

I'm trying to add a large list of pre-populated street names in a drop down menu. I managed (some 26000), in the form edit the list is viewed till the last record but when viewing the live form it shows only a fraction of the list.

I've cloned and tested your form. I am able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having. I am not so sure what is the limit for the dropdown field. However, as far as I know, the limitation seems to be based on the number of character text you have added and not the count of options. Because it crashes browsers that's why we need to truncate the data.
