I'm not receiving all completed forms.

    Hi,

    There has been 2 time in which the form has been completed and submitted, with a successful last page though haven't received the form or the payment.

    The uploads image size issue is still not fixed.

    I checked the email logs for your email address, and it appears that all the email notifications were sent successfully.

    Please check your spam box to see if the emails were sent there. Also make sure that noreply@jotform.com is in your trusted senders list.
