Submit button of embedded form is not working. It just says "Please wait..".

I did test your embedded form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The submit button just says "Please wait.." but the form is not submitted.

When I tested your form with its direct URL, it works just as expected. I was able to submit it successfully. 

There seems to be some code conflict between your form's script and other scripts available in your webpage. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and that should solve your problem.
