The infusionsoft integration app is not working. When you click "Allow access" it takes you to a blank screen/ window.Page URL:

Could you please try logging in to Infusionsoft on a separate tab.
After that, try doing the integration again, make sure that you allow the pop-up window to display and you should allow access to it.
I tested it in my newly created form and was able to integrate successfully. Here's a screencast of it:
Please also do make sure that the pop-up window is not being blocked. If you are still having problems, try clearing your browser's cache or try using a different browser.
