Why aren't my registration forms being forwarded to my email?

    The forms are not sent to our email address once the form has been completed by customer.  We are having to manually send them via a PDF file.  Please explain how this can be corrected.

    Your email address has been added to our bounce list and this is the reason why you are not getting the form emails. 

     

    info@****.com is IN Remove the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1  - 198.2.179.10 has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607 

     

    I've fixed this already, but please review the following guide on how to prevent this from happening again:

    Whitelisting us is important so please do that. You can do this within your hosting panel account. There should be a guide on how to do this from your hosting website.
