The forms are not sent to our email address once the form has been completed by customer. We are having to manually send them via a PDF file. Please explain how this can be corrected.Page URL:

Your email address has been added to our bounce list and this is the reason why you are not getting the form emails.
info@****.com is IN Remove the bounce list

I've fixed this already, but please review the following guide on how to prevent this from happening again:
Whitelisting us is important so please do that. You can do this within your hosting panel account. There should be a guide on how to do this from your hosting website.
