How to show sign up date on Auto Responder emails

Like the title says. I'd like to show the date someone signed up for my Recurring payment/membership. How is this possible on the Auto Responder email?

So you simply want to provide the current date to your users, in the email autoresponder.

You can do this in several ways, with the most common being by adding a new DateTime field to your form, and setting its default date to be either the current day, or set it as "today".

I see that you have already done this on your form named Tag Team, where the autoresponder will display a date from the DateTime field named "Date Of Signup":
