Is there any way a form can be set to retain the text added to it?Asked by reneedlauzon on May 04, 2016 at 03:34 PM
I am trying to refine the semester evaluations we use. What I'd like is to set it up so the instructional text I add to the form gets retain after the form has been submitted.

Studio Project Credit
When I add this in the form it doesn't show up after I submit.

I would like to apologize, we may need some more details so we can help you further.
To my understanding, you would want the text you mentioned above be retained on your form when your form is submitted, is that correct?
May we know where do you want those texts to show after your form is submitted?
Is it on the Thank-You page, submission page, or email notification?
We will wait for your response. Thank you.
Mike G, I think am having the same problem. I would like the form to include all my typed0in text with the "pdf" it emails upon submission, so my clients have a copy of the complete form they just signed, not only the fields they filled out.
You can include text and images from the form in the PDF of your submissions by following this guide:
Thank you for helping me with this, but I’m not sure this sufficiently answers my question. I followed these instructions, step by step, and then tested it by submitting a new form, and once again none of the text was included in the pdf that is emailed out.
I want both my submitter and myself to automatically receive an email with a pdf of the full contract, in its entirety including the text (almost as if it were just printed out) upon submission.
When I tested it the email that was sent to both submittor and myself only included the fields filled out and a copy of the signature.
