Archived forms are shown in shared folders to our sub account user. Can we have them see the same that we see in our myforms section only?

    My co-worker is a sub-account use on my account. I move past date forms into the archive folder but she sees all the forms we have ever used which makes it cumbersom for her to use the syste,.

    Is there a way to make what she sees the smae as what I see under My Forms?

    Unfortunately the folder labels get stuck on forms even after you move them to archive folder. Due to same, if you have shared specific folders with them, they might still see the archived forms.

    The intent with the sub-account access is to give them access to all forms matching your specified criteria, and archived forms are just those that are moved away since you will not be using them any time soon.

    My recommended would be to share only specific folder with them. Then when you want to archive some form, you can remove its association with the folder it was in and archive it then.

    This should help show lower amounts of forms.
