Do we need a PCI compliance when using PayPal on our forms?

    2. If using PalPal as the payment portal will I need extra PCI security for the forms we create (will encrypting take care of that?)?

    You do not need any extra security next to using secure submissions (these are not same as encrypted).

    - secure forms are the ones over HTTPS.

    PCI compliance part is being covered by PayPal since all data that needs to be PCI compliant is being given, processed and saved on their side.

    As such feel free to use your forms as they are :)

    Update: JotForm is now PCI DSS compliant. We have PCI Service Provider Level 2 certificate. We'd happy to provide certificate to any users who would need it for their payment gateway. Just contact our support team.
