Why are some of my forms disabled?

Two of my forms are saying "This form is currently unavailable", yet there is nothing in the preferences indicating they are disabled or reached some sort of limit.

Note that the form is accessible, it's only on submit that the message appears.

One is called High School Registration - South Challenge Cup 2016. The other is called Middle School Registration - South Challenge 2016.

I have included the link for the High School one.

I have checked the Preferences for your linked High School form (60865650127154), and its preferences seem to be set to Disabled.

You can re-enable your form by clicking on Preferences, and selecting Enabled under Status:

Upon saving the changes, your form should become enabled again. You can also disable/enable your forms by following this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form

Please let us know if this resolved the issue you were having.

That's the problem. It shows as enabled on my end. I have followed both methods in the link you sent and they already say enabled. Nothing to change.

Note that I have the "old view" for preferences. Not what your screenshot shows.

I've taken a look at your account furthermore for you and I found you have 3 other forms that are disabled.

    1 - https://form.jotform.com/50948788350165

    2 - https://form.jotform.com/41906470082149

    3 - https://form.jotform.com/41733579422155

Based on your above response it seems that you didn't do this correct?

We can re-enable them for from our end to see if that helps if you'd like.

Additionally, please let us know if this continues to be a problem.

Yes - please enable the top two.

Still don't understand why it shows on my end that it's enabled, but on your end it's not. Also don't understand why I see the "old syle" for preferences and you see the new style. Could that have something to do with it?

    Thanks!

I have enabled the top two. They are indeed disabled.

    USA South Challenge Survey

    Rugby Social - July 22, 2014

You can actually see the difference by looking at the name, when it's on light gray, that means it is disabled. Or when you click the "More" button and you see "Enable", that means the form is currently disabled.

With regards to the new preferences UI, it is not yet fully released to our users. I think it was randomly released to our 50% users so we can get feedbacks from them if there are any bugs or things to fix before releasing it to all our users. Honestly, I am too does not have the new preferences UI but you can force to have it by adding ?test on the URL while working on the form builder.

    Example:

    https://www.jotform.com/?test

    Hope this information helps!

I appreciate you enabling them. But I as I said before... they already said they were enabled. I haven't refreshed that page yet and the two in question are dark grey. They have always been dark grey Screenshot here before refreshing the page.

I have been using Jotform for a couple of years now and I know how to enable/disable a page. I know that dark grey means enabled and light grey means disabled. I am just telling you that on my end everything was the way it was supposed to be. There was a glitch of some sorts. I sent in an earlier post a screenshot where it said it was enabled.

There is another issue that you all should check into.

But as I said above... thanks!

    I'm sorry to miss that.

Since they are now enabled, I suggest to reload the page.

If that doesn't make any difference, please relogin from your account and check it again. You can also clear your browser's cache if necessary, they might be cached in your browser.
