    When I submit a form, a date is not being shown on the email, why?

    When I submit the form, the date of birth is not being shown on the emails, however the date is being shown when I login to Jotform and also on the attached PDF file. Is there anyway to remedy this?

    I checked your form and the reason why in your notification email the Date of Birth is not showing is that the field variable set is incorrect.  You can edit the your form's notification email and correct field variables for your Date of Birth so it will show up in your notification email. You can check the demo below for instructions.


    Or just recreate your form's notification email (remove and create the notification again) to ensure that all of your field variables in the email are correct.
