EU Forms: Updates showing in Form Builder, but not on live form

    Hi there

Is there always a delay now in editing forms and saving and the changes coming up on the live server?

    e.g. https://form.jotform.com/61252858357968

Just edited it around 20 minutes ago to change the dates at the bottom but it's still showing the old dates on the live server.

Is not a caching issue as just tested in fresh browser.

Sorry about this, Rich. When there is heavy load on our servers, we sometimes experience database replication lag between our US and EU servers. This means that some changes on forms in Europe may not be instantly applied, due to data replication lag.

I see that your cached form was showing "30 March":

I have cleared your form cache, and your form is now displaying "1 June", which I presume is the correctly updated date:

If you keep experiencing further issues, please let us know. Thank you.

Thanks Boris, I'll know to do that for the future.
