When I sent the form URL to someone it has the old name as the title

Hi there, I cloned one of my forms then renamed it in jot form, however when I send the link to someone it still have the old name.  How do I change that ?

The above link is meant to say "questionnaire ages 8 - 12"

The reason you are seeing this is because the cloned form still had its old title as its "Page Title". Page title is the HTML title that is shown in the browser tab when the form is opened directly. It is separate from the form name.

You can change the Page Title of your form by going to:

Preferences, Advanced, clicking on Show More, and changing the Page Title to your desired one:
