Conditional Logic not working

I had added conditional logic to the "case type" field on this form listed below. If "new case" is selected the "ACF form" area should be required.

Please see the screen shot, the field has content. Why won't the form allow submission when this field is complete?

Looking at your issue with conditional logic and your required acf field it looks like you didn't save the conditions for this since currently I see required option is enabled on the field but there is no set condition on it.

To fix this problem reselect the field then choose the grey gear and select conditional logic then pick the option labeled require field and set it up from there. Make sure you choose save afterwards then save your form again. You will now see the condition listed next to your field.

Additionally, I wanted to also mention we have this guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/367-How-to-Make-a-Field-Required-Based-on-Another-Field-Selection-or-Input to should help more.

Thanks for your response. I had turned off the logic to keep using the form as it was causing an issue.
When I put the logic back in this time, it worked!
    Thanks!

Ahh okay, I do apologize about my confusion that I had about your issue.

If there was a problem it was more than likely only temporary which can occasionally happen if we're doing some maintenance especially if there's something wrong though currently we haven't had any other reports.

Anyhow, we appreciate you letting us know and we're glad it's working for you now.

If you have any further troubles with it or anything else just let us know.
