How to change URL of the Custom Thank you page?

Website is new and has new host which has changed some of the links.  On the thank you page at the end of our form can the links be updated.

Non-Medicare Patients   -

new link http://www.advancedfoottexas.com/non-medicare-patients.html

Medicare Patients   -

new link http://www.advancedfoottexas.com/medicare-patients.html

To change your custom thank you page URL, please follow this steps:

1. Go to your forms: https://www.jotform.com/myforms/

2. Click on the form that you want to adjust and click Edit Form.

3. Click on Thank you icon:

4. And click on Change page link:

You can just paste your new link there and Apply.

Be mindful that you should also re-embed your form into your website in order for this changes to take effect.
