Is it possible to update the received submission information to change it?

Here’s my problem: Two people will be entering info at different times about the same kids. Do you know if there is a way to update a particular student’s survey? For example, Laura will enter summer and fall tutoring requests with some info such as name, grade, etc. Then, after more info is received, Margaret will go in and add things such as diagnoses, test accommodations, etc to the same student.
