    I have a dropdown field that is not showing up in the notification email

    I have a drop-down field that will no print. Everything else does. It show up on the screen but when submitted it does not print. How do I fix that?

    It is the field "Print One Side or Two"

    You've modified a lot of your form fields, you removed some and added new fields. Your notification email contains the original fields of the form. In this case, I would suggest deleting the current notifier and create a new one.
