    Sorry to hear you would like to delete your account. Before we delete, I would like to inform you that all your information will be deleted. If you did not create a backup of the information, Please make so now. Once you have download all the information, please let us know. We will be glad to delete the account.

    No problem - its not related to service or product just finishing project and closing all associated accounts for handover.

    No need to back up anything - please proceed with deletion.
