I need to make an order form that looks simiar to this picture. Is it possible with JotForm? I basically want the user to enter the quantities and have the subtotal and totals automatically update. It needs to have this spreadsheet ability but i still want the form to be abl to send me emails with all the information added. Any ideas?

You can actually execute the "total" function in Jotform. You just have to run the purchase order wizard to achieve this. However, with regards to the layout of the form, this seems complicated so I would have to try to do it and I'll let you know.

Yep you can do a similar form but not equal. With Purchase Order Wizard you can set it and Total field are updated automatically but you can't set SubTotal and 8.875% fields. P.s. quantity must be select via dropdown list and can't be inserted via textbox.
