How to create and share a report?

    At one point somebody from Jotform created a custom report for me but it no
    longer works. Can you tell me how I would be able to get the following
    report whenever I need to do a check.
    Form Name Create Date # Of Responses Received Date
    of last Response
    Ideally, I would be able to download this report into excel. Also, how can
    I share this report with all my sub-users for their sub-accounts?

    Now I am not sure what the exact report looks like.

    But here are the available reports that you can create to JotForm: https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-To-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm 

    Those reports usually have a shareable link to where you can share to others.

    If you share your forms to your sub account users, they should be able to view the reports easily the same way you are viewing the reports.

    Thank you for the feedback. I am not looking for a report of data submitted through a particular form.I am looking for a report that shows me the status of ALL MY FORMS.

    - Name of Form

    - Date Form Created

    - Created by

    - No of responses received

    - Date of last response received

    - Form status (active/not active)

    - Folder

    I need this information to check whether all Google integrations work properly. Most of the information is on the My Forms View but it is not easily manageable. I cannot download it or copy it. It is tedious to work with. If I have to access each form to get the last date of response for example. Best would be to be able to download into Excel or copy/paste into excel so I can sort/filter based on specific needs. 

    Maybe this function already exists and I just haven't found it.

    I believe the app that would best fit your needs would be the following:

    Unfortunately, it seems to be broken right now in my end, but could you please try it out and see if shows the same in your case, and see if that's an app that you can use. Other than that, we do not have another app that let's you view all of the forms with all the information you needed.
