Field Manager is not duplicating conditions

I want to duplicate fields with conditions. I tried the "duplicate options" in the field manager but it does not duplicate the options.

Do you mean to say that the conditions aren't duplicated? When duplicating fields, you have the option to choose Duplicate Conditions. Please make sure to check that.
