I cannot seem to save the revisions to my form. I click on Autosave, but changes are not saved when I reopen the form.

If I understood you correctly, the form was saving itself and next to that you have also clicked on the same yourself.

Once you did that, it was showing you as if both autosave and save worked, but when you refresh the same page your changes were lost?

Could you please tell us if you can see your changes in the form revisions?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I was able to see an issue on our Form Builder when saving form. I think that was the reason you cannot see the saved/updated version of the form.

If this is the form https://www.jotform.ca/form/61116243087248 in question, can you please try loading the form to your browser using this URL instead https://www.jotform.ca/form/61116243087248

Can you confirm that you are still not seeing an updated version of the form (with your latest changes on it).

Right now I see the form on my browser like this

When we re open the form, our chages are not showing even if we click on save / autosaved Image 1 Screenshot 20

Let us know if saves were stil not applied on the form.
