    I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. As I check your JotForm, I see that there are multiple Take Photo widgets on your JotForm which seems to be working fine. If you want to upload the files from your computer, you may use the File Upload field instead of Take Photo widget.

    You may enable "Allow Multiple" option so that the user can upload multiple files.
