Why is JotForm suddenly not working on the Google Chrome browser?

Today (May 5, 2016) I suddenly am unable to use JotForm on the Google Chrome browser.  As in, none of the tabs on the JotForm home page are clickable links to Log In (or see Templates, Themes, etc).  I have rebooted my computer and cleared the cache, to no avail.

I am writing this from Firefox, which seems to be interfacing with JotForm just fine.

I have checked both versions of our homepage ( https://www.jotform.com/ ), and links for logging in or accessing other parts of our website are working fine on my end in Chrome.

    1. This version of our homepage correctly redirected me to the login page without issues:

    2. This version of our homepage popped up the Login prompt also without any issues, and I was able to login:

If you are experiencing issues accessing our website, could you please let us know which of the two versions of our homepage are you seeing when it is not working?

As it seems the issue you are experiencing is only affecting your Chrome, but not Firefox, it may be caused by a browser extension in Chrome such as an adblock. Could you please try with your extensions disabled on Chrome, to see if our website is working fine then?

Please let us know how it goes, we would love to get to the bottom of this if there is any issue with accessing our site over Chrome. As far as we can see from our tests so far, it seems to be working fine.

I just answered this question but I don't think that it properly posted.  My apologies if this is a duplicate response.

I only experience the problem when attempting to login (i.e. when I am not already logged in) by accessing the log in page from the JotForm home page (https://www.jotform.com/). In that situation the JotForm homepage tabs are not clickable, including the tab that will lead me to the log in page.

When I reach the log in page directly -- e.g. by clicking the link to it that you provide above -- I am able to use that page on Chrome to log in just fine and I am, from there, able to access, edit, download, etc. my forms without trouble.  I am, in fact, currently typing in this page from Google Chrome.  It is ONLY the JotForm home page that is giving me trouble, and only on Chrome.

I checked my Chrome extensions and the only ones I have, enabled or not, are related to Google Docs.

If you are not receiving any other queries about this than I think that the gremlin in the system must be at my end, not yours. And as long as I have a workaround to reach the login page I'm happy.

If I understand you correctly, you are having problem with the main toolbar of our home page. I have just reviewed it using chrome. It seems that all the buttons are working properly. If you are still experiencing the issue, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to take another look

While working in Firefox, no problems.

While attempting to work in Chrome:

    - drag & drop does't work at all

    - cannot edit options (e.g., field size, required, etc.)

    - changes do not save, but elements added to form stay. These elements cannot be moved at all!

    Help, please, thank you!

    Jotform upgrade buttons are dead.

I think there might be a jquery issue, I and other friends have tested across multiple devices. I need to upgrade my account to paid, ASAP.
