On my form for registering teams it stalls at the end saying "Please Wait"...and never submits

The form has been working great! I had a client try to use it today and it goes all the way through to the end and then just says "please wait" after you click submit and nothing ever happens. 

The form is called "Team Registration". I have a lot of new dance students registering so I really need this to work.
