You can use the Shrink function in order to have a 2 column fields. You just need to right click on the field and select Shrink. You can also click the Options or Gear icon and the select Shrink.

I have tried the shrink function. It is working fine till I type the sub label.Once I enter the sub label. Its is auto arranging and moving in the fashion as show in the screen shot.
Also the distance between the two rows has increased drastically when applying shrink function. Can you please suggest what options should be used to reduce the gap.
