I have created a form. My client has signed it. I am not attempting to sign it as well and it will not allow me to add my signature. I go under submissions and edit. I then add my signature and hit submit. My signature does not appear. This has worked just fine for me in the past. What is wrong? Why is it not working? VERY frustrated.

I test this on my end and it seems to be working fine. Can you try it again and see if it is working now? It might be a temporary issue on the widget. If the issue still persist, can you provide to us what device and/or browser are you using to edit the submission and input your signature so we can further investigate the issue?

I've tried again and unfortunately it is still not working. I am on a macbook laptop. I've tried on both Firfox and Chrome browsers. It has always worked in the past.

I have just tested your form using Chrome browser, and it did worked:
Please try clearing your browsers cache, or in a incognito window in Chrome.
