I can still see them if I go into Jotform but they are not coming into our email accounts anymore can you please help.?

I checked our logs for the email address in your most recent form and indeed, the emails were failing to be sent. It looks like your address was rejecting emails or was unavailable for a period of time. This resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
