How do we view an encrypted jotform?

    To view the encrypted response, you have to upload your private key file, it is named jotform.key when you download it from the form builder.

    If this screen does not show up while viewing your submissions, try browsing in private/incognito mode with your browser.  It should then show the screen to upload your key once again.
