I'm not getting notification mail when a visitor submit my form where as visitor getting a response mail

I just checked your form and it does not have any email notification on it:

Once completed, do a real submission in order to test it. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder.
Also, you can check if the email went to bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
