I was able to replicate the problem. It seems like it is related to a theme that you are using. It might have some design flaw or errors on the script which causes that problem.
You can try to verify this by cloning your form, here's how to clone your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
After that, try implementing this default theme to your cloned form: https://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/default-theme
Now test the cloned form with the default theme, you'll notice that the error is now gone on the mobile device.
May we know if the name of the theme you are using so that we can better check it?
We'll wait for your response.

Thank you so much for helping to solve the problem,
I do not remember the name of the theme.

As I tested your JotForm on a mobile emulator, I see that one click is to show the options and the second is to select the options. I'm not sure if this is the one you are referring to. I've tested with other forms on Android mobile and the dropdowns seem to be working in the same fashion.
Did you make any changes to your JotForm or are you referring to something else? Could you provide me with additional information with the issue so that we can investigate the issue further?
We will wait for your response. Thank you!
