PDF Report: Ability to have multiple PDF designs for one report.

I wonder if you can edit more than one pdf format from a form? ...

my idea is to edit more than one format for scheduling sending 2 different pdf mail notifications, you can do that?

UPDATE: We are excited to announce that we have just released the new version of JotForm PDF Editor.

Unfortunately, you can only use 1 PDF template or format that you designed in the PDF Designer (Customize PDF). That format will be used in the attached PDF in email notifications or autoresponders and when you are downloading submission as PDF in the submissions area.

How do you request a feature change/addition.  This option would be so helpful.  I have 30 forms and at least half of them could use 2 PDF designs so appropriate information can be sent to the right people. 

Right now I have to have our members fill out 2 different forms in order  to send the SAME information to the correct people to use. 

If I could have one form with 100 bits of information, and be able to design 2 or more PDFs for that form - I could split the 100 bits to whomever needs it - without sending them everything.

Right now I am custom designing the email notices to include what is needed.  However, that can't easily be saved to a hard drive.  If the person has outlook - saving a message is easy enough, but if they don't have outlook, it is hard to save to a hard drive.  There are ways, but most of our users are not computer savvy enough to know how to do that!

PLEASE consider this as a feature update!

Our forum is the right place to request features as well. 

I will forward this thread to our second level as a feature request now so our developers may take this into consideration. 

Although we cannot provide an ETA or ensure this will be implemented, we will let you know as soon as we receive updates  regarding this.
