How can I break my form into sections and show the progress bar?

I'd like to take my form (it's a bit long) and break it into 3-4 sections. I'd also like to see if you guys had a widget for a section progress bar at the top. For example, at the top theres a progress bar with 4 sections and when they finish section 1 it gets highlighted and the remaining 3 sections are not. As they finish each section they get highlighted.

If you guys could help with that, that would be great!
