One of our emails set on email notifier is not getting emails once form is submitted

    Emails are not being received by the second notification email. Have checked spam and junk mail folders but not jots are being received.

    I have checked your form and I see that the second email was in the bounce list. This was the message sent by your email server:

    smtp; 550 Message rejected

    I have removed it from the bounce list for you, but please do test it out. If you are still not getting the second email, then you should check your email server to make sure that it is no longer rejecting the emails.

    Also, may I recommend for you to add noreply@jotform.com to your address book for the purpose of making the email sender to be in your trusted list, this helps prevent email delivery failures going to your inbox.
