Form submission Error.

    On May 6th a client filled out a form and hit submit, she got a thank you message but the intake form did not come through. Is there a way to track that form down? Or is there a setting that was incorrect on her end? Her name is Danielle Parkinson in case you need that.

    There is no records on that form, could it be another of your form that was submitted? Or did you get any email notification about that entry?
