Dates Difference widget: Change language to Spanish and start day of the week to Monday

Along with greeting, wanted to make a solicutd and a question:

And the question is about whether I can help the next widget: Dates have diferencia day in Spanish and if you can have as first day on Monday.

We would like to apologize, however, there is no option to change the language of the "Dates Difference" widget nor the starting day of the week.
