Browser crashing when the site is viewed in Firefox

    We have just noticed that when our client's website is accessed via Firefox, it reports an error that seems to be related to Jotform.

    It says:

     

    Warning: Unresponsive Script

    A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.

    We are not seeing this problem in Safari or Chrome (haven't checked IE)

    I'm able to replicate the issue at my end when I open the web page using Firefox. However, when I tried to open the form using the direct JotForm URL, it seems to be working fine. It looks like there is a conflict with other scripts on the web page and causing this issue. Could you try embedding the form using iframe embed code and see if that helps. You may get the iframe embed code of your JotForm by following the guide below:
