Payments not completed

I have a form that is basically designed to collect information and arrange for payment by paypal.   It's very similar to other forms that are functioning but this one does not seem to work. All 17 people that have tried to pay have not been able to complete it.  When I have tried it myself it works, but at a much smaller fee (I gave myself a 99% discount since I am trying to experiment, not trying to move money around).

Help- this is a project threatening problem.

I checked your form submissions and I saw that there are 20 incomplete payments. It is possible that the problem is within the Paypal account's IPN settings.  Please make sure that the IPN is enable in your PayPal. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal

My other forms seem to work perfectly, and when I have used the form it works for me.  I just added https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php as the IPN setting.  Hopefully this works.  Not sure how to test it since it already works for me but does not work for others.

Coult it be the amount?  Since the other forms are all under $20 and this one is at least $50?

OK- that didn't work.  Paypal tells me that the IPN setting is not getting a response.  Does it help to clarify that the payments are not going through to paypal, and that the applicants are telling me that they never get to the paypal screen?

I switched the ipn setting to my email address since paypal turned IPN off using the other setting saying it was not valid.

I did a test submission on your form and it redirects me to the check out PayPal page. Here's a screenshot:

I noticed that the PayPal account has a domain of "aool.com". Is that correct? Please make sure that the spelling is correct. Probably, it is the reason why it is not connecting to your PayPal account.

    Hope that works. Thank you.

I think you solved it- the wrong email address on the form. THANKS.
