I am trying to create a very simple registration form allowing users to pay via PayPal. I have set up my business PayPal account and have done the integration via the Jotform but when I try to test it an error comes up. I am testing it by enabling the form and then viewing the form. It seems like there is probably a very simple solution and I am over analyzing but I am stumped. Any assistance you can provide would be great. I cannot upload a screenshot of the error message because it only flashes on the screen when I hit the submit button.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I understand that you cannot take a screenshot of the error message you're getting, but is it possible for you to somehow get what it says? Also, to my understanding you're viewing your form as stand-alone(not embedded), is that correct? And another thing, the error message only appears after you press the submit button, is that right? Is it okay if we try to make a test submission(but not make the actual payment on PayPal page) directly on your form just to check the error message?
We will wait for your response. Thank you.

The error message says: There are errors on this form. Please fix them before continuing. However all fields that are required are filled.
Yes, I am viewing my form as a stand-alone, it is not embedded.
The error message only appears after I press the submit button.
Yes, please feel free to make a test submission.
I have to think it is an error with the payment integration.

Upon cloning your form, and further testing, I found out that the issue is related to the Terms and Conditions widget. Simply, delete it, and add a new one back. That will solve the problem:

I am still receiving the error. I have deleted the widget and added a new one back. I have cleared my cache as well.
Is there a trick to the terms and conditions? I don't want to embed a link within it so I have not bracketed anything and I have removed the example URL in the widget setup.

I just removed the Terms and conditions widget and added a check box. That cleared it up.
Thanks
