    error on V8?

    I am attempting to complete creation of a  form that came from a template from healthcare called alternative medicine patient intake form.  I published the template and mailed it to myself and it worked without any trouble.

     

    I am unable to 1) preview it- says there is an error   2) use the left side bar fields at all  to edit. I keep duplicating existing fields to keep working. 

     

    please help me. The software is amazing when it works.

    It might have been a minor glitch on a part of the form builder. However after I've made a preview on your form, it now works.

    Yes! I am just finishing up. The only issue that remains unresolved was my
    ability to use the text fields tools. Everything else was fine. I am very
    happy I discovered jotform.
