My form is saying it's unavailable when you hit submit?

My form is saying it's unavailavle when you hit submit and try to go to the paypal site. 

Please help, we have gotten several emails about this technical difficulty.

I did check your form's and found that you have set "Submission Limit" as 12. Since you have already receive 12 submissions in your form that is the reason your form is not accepting any new submissions.
