I've been trying to reset the password for
User Account: SBTIZA associated with following email

Upon checking our records, I found that there are 2 accounts "SBTIZA" & "fbiza" associated with your email address email@example.com.
It seems you have created two more thread for same issue. The reason why you do not receive the password reset instructions email is because your email address ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN
the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces. Learn more at http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?answer=6596 f27si3423978yho.56 - gsmtp
I have removed this email address from our bounce list but you need to take a closer look at the bounce reason and ensure that this email address is valid.
