How can I transfer a form to another account?

Hello

I do not want people to see my name in the link I send to fill the form. I tried to change it but this seems impossible....

The only issue I'm thinking about is to transfer my form from my account to another account I'll create...

Could you please help me?

There are a few options available:

1) We can transfer the form for you
- If you prefer this option, please provide us the names or links of the form you wish to be transferred to another account and we'll do the transfer for you

2) We can change your username for you
- If you choose this option, please provide us the preferred username you wish as to replace your current username.

Please do let us know your thoughts.
