Sorting Time Range values in Visual Report does not seem to workAsked by hdenton on May 09, 2016 at 10:16 AM
I have a visual report of a sign up sheet that I want sorted by time, but it's not sorting it correctly in either ascending or descending order. What did I do wrong?

I have checked the following form in your account: http://www.jotform.us/form/61293587414158 and I see the report on the same.
What seems to happen is that it is sorting it as string - which means that 9 is before 1 if sorted in descending manner and that 1 is before 9 in ascending manner.
That is why you will see 9 followed by 8 and then by 1 (2) and 1 (1)
Since this seems as a bug since it should sort it out more nicely, I will raise this to our developers.
As soon as the same issue is resolved, we will update you on the same here.
Okay, thanks! Any idea on a time frame so I can figure something else out if need be?
Unfortunately we can never give any timeframe neither on bugs nor on feature requests. As I had mentioned that I will, I have raised this up to our developers and once this is assigned to the right developers and they resolve the issue they will post their update here.
