3- Is it possible for me to print the form once received from the client, and then delete it so that the information is deleted completely and  not stored by Jotform?  (or does Jotform store the information anyway?)

When you submit a form, the data need to be stored in JotForm database for other processing.

If you need to print the data, you can do it from submissions page.

The information can be easily removed once you done with it from the same submissions page.
