Hello colorado4hfoundation,
I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. The only issue I see is that your most recent subscription payment was not successful. Is that the issue you are having?
Do you want to update your payment method and update your credit card number attached with your billing profile? Here are the steps you should follow:
#1. Click on the following URL to login to your bluesnap account: https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/account_login.jsp
#2. Enter your username: 1375733067501
#3. Password reset instructions is already sent to your email address gary.s****@colostate.edu
Once you have access to your bluesnap account, you should be able to update the credit card number successfully.

colorado4hfoundationReplied on May 9, 2016 at 4:45 PMMy problem I can’t login to our account. When I use the login name and ask to reset the password it says that isn’t an account by that email address colorado4hfoundation@gmail.com
I also did update the credit card information.

It seems that you are already logged into your JotForm account colorado4hfoundation which is registered using gary.small@colostate.edu email address. As I check our records, I don't see any accounts registered with the email address provided colorado4hfoundation@gmail.com.
If you are referring to a different account, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you further.
