What are submissions and form views?Asked by Nayar on May 09, 2016 at 01:58 PMI read the pricing page earlier today and wanted to clarify my understanding. Apologies for my ignorance.
monthly submissions (100) - What does this mean ?
1000 views - I assume this means 1000 user responses logged. Would you please confirm ?
10 payments - I will not require this for the sign-up page.
The sign-up page will be a temporary market research page, open for a few months to test if there is an appetite for the idea, before I commit to create anything.
Not at all, Nayar. Please be noted that every time the form is loaded, it is counted as a form view and the submission is the actual response received from your users. You may check the account status by clicking on User icon on the top-right corner while you are logged in to your account or from Usage section in your account settings. If any of the limits are exceed during the month, the forms shall be disabled. You may wait for the submissions count to reset on the first day of the following month or upgrade the account to a paid subscription plan in order to continue to receive the submissions.Hope this information helps!
