Stripe integration through API keys rather than signing into Stripe account

    I have my client's Stripe API keys to integrate a Stripe donation form into his website. I don't have administrator access to his actual Stripe account.

    In Jotform, the Stripe integration payment wizard shows a prompt to connect with Stripe. It won't allow moving to the next screen without entering the Stripe credentials.

    I'd like to connect to Stripe using the API keys, as described in Step 2 of your post on how to integrate Stripe, but I can't get to this screen without first being prompted for the Stripe account credentials.

    One way I was able to get to the API key screen was to enter my own credentials for my own Stripe account to get past that first prompt. Then I clicked the Previous button and this brought me to the API screen, but I'm not sure if entering my client's API keys in this way would work.

    Please advise, thanks!

    I have forwarded your concern about missing integration via API keys option in our new Stripe setup UI to our developers.

    Your form with client's API keys should work properly. Alternatively, it is possible to close the integration wizard, and then enter the API keys via field Properties.

    Hi, we are having the same issue. With your new version of JF, the "Edit Properties" doesn't allow us to input the keys. How do we resolve this if we have keys?

    @DrivePayments

    Since this is an older thread I opened a separate one for you and we will attend it shortly here.

    Thank you!
