Changing header size H1 to H2

Hi there,

I currently have a form embedded into my 'Contact Us'. Upon inspection, I noticed that the form title is labeled as an H1. Is there any way to change this to an H2 while still using this simple embed format? I know could change it if I just downloaded the source code but the simple embed is so nice!

Click on your header, then change heading size to "Small".  This will change the header from h1 to h3:
