We are not getting notification emails

    We have not gotten an email from you for our form submissions since 4/21, is there something we need to do?

    I see that your email address is in our bounce list and hence you are not receiving any notification emails. I have now removed the email from the bounce list and everything should be fine now.

    Please refer to the guide below that can help you with setting up email notifications to avoid bounce related issues.

    My address is not on the 'bounce' list, and I am still not getting emails, and must go to 'analytics' to view them.  Please explain.

    Have you checked the spam folder? You may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
